Regional Manager – Leading children’s play and sport provision company
Covering North West England
£26k-£30k plus bonus and travel paid.
We are recruiting for one of the leading. This company continues to grow in size, quality and scope every year and are looking for someone who is passionate about sports coaching and community support programmes.
The company are focused on changing lives through a variety of different programmes including sports coaching for disabled children, wellbeing for the elderly and disinterested young people to help them re-engage with education.
As a Regional Manager you will manage the entire growth and operational running of your region. This area is new to the business so there is a strong focus on Business Development and building connections within the local industry.
The role has a huge amount of scope and will grow as you grow your region
You will work closely with your team to run programmes and lessons effectively within the company structure, monitor progress, inspire the community and deliver effective and efficient classes.
You will work to develop, grow and inspire your team. You will be responsible of recruiting and onboarding new staff.
To be suitable for this role you will have the following:

- You will have a track record of networking, building connections in the local area and delivering targets.
