£45k plus bonus
London Based but wider UK travel will be needed.
We are recruiting this really important role for one of the most significant operators in the health and fitness franchise industry. This company continue to grow and offer the chance for an experienced Regional, Cluster or General Manager to take on a great region of clubs and to focus on the product, people and service. This role will have a significant focus on new clubs and pre sales and a background in this area would be ideal.
The region covers mainly the South but as there will be a focus on new clubs, there will likely be wider UK travel.
We are looking for someone who can bring an established skill set of managing a region, area or cluster of health clubs previously. Passion, drive and energy are important.
You will be expected to support clubs according to their various needs and ensure all clubs are profitable. You will do this by influencing franchisees to ensure they are running their businesses in the right way.
In regard to people, it's all about inspiring, challenging and developing them. This company already have an exceptional background in progressing and promoting their people and require in their regional management team people who share this ethos, this value. You must be able to articulate your experience and track record in this regard.
You must also be commercially strong and knowledgeable. This company achieve their commercial success through product, people and service and a background in commercial success through these principles will be extremely beneficial. You will also have experience in the importance of understanding and utilising effectively a P&L.
You must be willing to get involved in your teams and in your clubs. We are looking for someone with excellent communication, presence and leadership that can create a culture of success and passion.
