Franchise Performance Coach - Anytime Fitness

We are super excited to be to be supporting Anytime Fitness with the recruitment of a brand new position. They are now recruiting for a Franchise Performance coach to join their amazing support office team. The role will be field based and the ideal candidate should we based around the Birmingham/Midlands area! This is a franchise job not to be missed.

Anytime Fitness are a leading operator in the fitness franchise space with over 180 clubs across the UK and Ireland. Anytime Fitness UK is operated under master licence, supported by the global powerhouse in franchising, Self Esteem Brands.  Self Esteem brands operate several brands globally through a network of more than 4,500 franchise owners.

The role of a franchise performance coach is crucial to the success of the business and you will work closely with nominated franchise owners and club managers
to ensure that business plans, marketing plans and training plans are in place. This is a role which is key to the business and which calls for a breadth of experience in franchising and multi-site settings. The ability to communicate, resolve concerns, deliver training and deliver presentations will be key to this role.

The role will be primarily field and home based with the ideal candidate based in the North West. Travel within your patch will be expected with the occasional trips to the head office in Watford.

Ideally, we are looking to speak to someone with the following

• Located within the North West of England
• Driver with access to their own vehicle
• Experience of working in the fitness industry as a General Manager, Regional Manager or a head office role
• Quantifiable experience across several disciplines which could be a mixture of any of the following but more than one is preferable: sales, customer experience, marketing, customer retention, recruitment, team development, financial management
• Experience, understanding, passion or in depth knowledge of gyms, fitness or wellness
