Head Trainer in Frederiksplein (Amsterdam) - F45 Training

€25 per hour/ 30 hours per week (plus sales commission)

We're currently looking for an experienced coach to join our driven and hard-working team. Located in the heart of Amsterdam, we aim to provide our clients with the best training experience possible. The position is suited to trainers who are highly technique focused, motivated to maximise results, whilst continuing to grow our strong community within Amsterdam.

F45 Head Coach Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of the studio:

• Leading high-quality group training classes for clients on a daily basis.
• Demonstrate movements and modify workouts for all fitness levels as well as provide workout options for clients with injuries and special requirements.
• Encourage and motivate members to push for continued improvements.
• Provide feedback on workouts to management & HQ
• Ensuring the studio is impeccably maintained
• Continue to drive the community culture of the studio.
• Assist the manager with the sales process and admin work.
• Required to occasionally fill in shifts when other trainers are sick or unavailable.

Essential Requirements

• First Aid Certificate
• Certificate III in Fitness
• Current CPR

Part-time hours: 30 per weekSalary: €25 per hour + Sales Commissions (25-35 hours per week)
