We are recruiting for this fitness job in Chippenham for an Assistant General Manager for a growing operator in the health and fitness industry. A little bit about what you'll be doing...
The role of an Assistant General Manager for this growing company and within this sector is an outstanding opportunity to develop your skills further and train and manage a team to success.
You will be member facing, engaging and creating a sense of community within your club!
Supporting the General Manager and rest of the fitness team driving activity and developing plans to be successful, especially in the fitness side of the business! Ideally you will be Level 3 qualified however this isn't a deal breaker but a passion for fitness or experience within the industry is a must!
A little bit about you....
This role would really suit someone who is stepping up into their first Assistant Manager role as well as someone looking for a new challenge, you could be a great Personal trainer looking for that step into Management!
You must be keen, driven, passionate and dedicated. This role offers a huge amount of potential to progress your career within the business and in the industry!
