General Manager in Mayfair 

£30k-£38k Basic plus OTE 

We are very excited to be working with a company launching a brand new high end  facility in Mayfair. Already rapidly growing their business this is an exciting opportunity as three experienced industry professionals are launching their high end private facility working HNW professionals.

Coming into the business at an early stage you will have an opportunity to shape the role and play vital part in continuing the businesses success. This is a multi faceted role, running the facilities, increasing secondary income streams and bringing an overall level of luxury and 5* service to the club.

The Role

The role will see you responsible for a large amount of duties that will have a huge affect on the club including but not limited to

- Day to day running of the facility
- Inspiring and developing a high performing team, through constant feedback and management and high level recruitment
- Demonstrating a high level of entrepreneurship and bringing ideas to the table thatwill allow the business to flourish
- Working with the directors to become a business leader
- Managing budgets, KPIs, P&L and driving club performance

This role has a strong focus on standards and levels of service, so whoever comes in needs to have that in mind and be willing to deliver upon this.

The Person

We are looking for experienced professionals from high end backgrounds who can demonstrate a high level of standards, with an understanding about the levels of service needed to make their club a success.
