Senior Marketing Executive - Boutique Health & Wellness brand

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive who will be working closely with Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager and Creative Director to support in the development of the overall marketing strategy for the organisation.

A little about what you'll be doing

• Work closely with the Marketing Team to plan and execute all marketing activities
  
• Support and execute all social media content generation - to include photography and video, ensuring new content is relevant to marketing calendar activity and on brand. Strong social media management experience is a must have! 
  
• Actively engage with the Wellness/Fitness industry to identify opportunities and trends that can be utilised in marketing activities
  
• Own and deliver organic and paid social media activity
  
• Support with the co-ordination and delivery of email marketing, automation and eCRM
  
• Support the team on benchmarking and analytics – from Competitor reviews to promotional tracking, and increase ROI of all offline marketing initiatives
  
• Support studio teams with studio events, workshops & planning

A few requirements

• Marketing experience in a similar role (3 years+)
• Proven B2C marketing experience, ideally in the hospitality, leisure and fitness sectors
• Proven experience managing social media channels and implementing initiatives to boost social media numbers
• Creative skills and experience of content creation
• Copywriting skills
• Experience using design software such as Canva, Adobe Suite or Photoshop
• Ability to drive initiatives, manage own projects and ‘get things done’
• Digital and analytic skill
