General Manager in London - Boutique Fitness Studio

£35k+ (experience dependant) plus amazing performance related increases!

We are recruiting for a fantastic boutique fitness studio in London. With its unique concept, this is a great opportunity to join a company that is growing and expanding across London. This is a role that you do not want to miss out on!

As General Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the club. This includes customer service, operations, sales and most importantly making sure that members have an amazing experience plus a great workout! You will be responsible for the planning and implementation of sales strategies, including corporate. This fitness job would suit someone who has a passion for fitness, driven and delivers high customer service.

We are looking for the following:

• Experience within a high-end boutique fitness environment desirable but not essential (a passion for fitness is a must!)
  
• Sales and commercial experience of driving business forward. Proven examples of working towards and meeting/ exceeding KPIs
  
• Excellent customer service and operations knowledge
  
• Flexible with shifts and able to support with opens/ closes and weekends where required
  
• Currently in a similar management role and looking for your next challenge

This fitness job would suit candidates who are currently working in fitness as a: club manager, assistant manager, duty manager, operations manager, deputy manager, sales manager, fitness manager, group exercise manager. This role would also suit somebody from a high end hospitality or sports retail.

Some of the key responsibilities of this fitness job:

• Heading up all studio operations including rotas, studio payroll and completing opening/ closing shifts

• Managing all aspects of the studio and this incredible product, including best-in-show rockstar trainers!

• Creating and actioning a sales plan to drive new membership

• Being part of an amazing membership community ensuring retention

• Delivering outstanding member service and representing this fabulous brand’s high standards at all times

• Team management and development

• Meeting and exceeding studio revenue targets

• Keeping in control of stock management

• Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times
