£22k - £24k+ Plus fantastic commission structure
We are recruiting for this exciting fitness job in Euston for a Senior Sales Consultant for a leading brand in the health and fitness industry. The fitness job will be working for a company that are growing quickly and provide fantastic opportunities for success, growth and development as part of a brilliant team!
What will you be doing?
Taking a lead and driving sales and marketing activities and developing plans to be successful, whether this means taking a lead on the clubs social media and interactive content or getting out and about involved in the local community planning events, outreach, and local networking.
Delivering exceptional customer service looking after your existing members and working towards smashing your target bringing new members into the club achieving business KPIs.
A little bit about you...
You must be keen, driven, dedicated, with a passion for Fitness! Motivated to achieve business and personal goals with proven examples of working towards and meeting/ exceeding KPIs
The ideal Senior Sales Consultant will have a background in the fitness industry, ready for a brand new challenge with a desire to progress within the business.
Confident! Enjoying being the face of the club and love building great relationships with your team and members, as well as within the local community and corporate businesses.
Flexible with shifts and able to support with opens/ closes and weekends where required.
A Personal training level 2 or 3 qualification is not necessary but will allow for progression and a chance for you to get involved with supporting fitness Management within the business.
