Sales Manager – Leading Care Home Provider

We are currently recruiting for a sales manager to join a leading care home provider. This is a caring family-owned business, underpinned by a leading team of skilled and experienced care experts.

Our client endeavour to create a warm and friendly where their residents receive the kind of high-quality of personalised care.

They are now looking for a consultative sales manager to support the growth of 2 of their sites in their portfolio. Being the face of the business for all new enquires you’ll be warm, charismatic, love building rapport and strong bonds with clients. You will very much manage your own diary, the role will mainly be Mon-Fri, with a Saturday now and again to manage an open house or events. They offer a strong basic with great earning potential!

The perfect candidate will have a strong sales track record, have a good understanding of the use of social media in a sales process and be comfortable managing events. You will also have a track record in building strong connections with the community and be able to demonstrate strong business development skills.
