Franchise Relationship Manager - Leading Fitness Brand

£35-45k plus bonus potential/ Monday-Friday/ Hybrid working available

Our client is one of the leading operators in the UK fitness industry with two incredible brands under their umbrella and growing! As they continue this impressive growth we are looking for a Franchise Relationship Manager to join this amazing team. On offer in this exciting new fitness job is a good package, great culture and plenty of opportunity to progress. This is also a Monday-Friday position with flexible working available.

Some of the responsibilities of this exciting new role:

• Building amazing relationships with new franchisees
• Being the main point of contact for franchisees as they come on board and through to club opening
  
• Project managing alongside franchisee all new opening processes including recruitment, site due diligence, business plan, forecasting and finance
• Keeping in regular contact with franchisee through weekly meetings/ as required 

About you:

• You could be currently a strong Club/ Regional Manager within the fitness industry and looking for your next challenge
• Strong commercial acumen
• An excellent operator and good awareness of processes
• Extremely organised and a self-starter
• Experience within franchising is preferable but not essential
• You could also be coming from a different industry (e.g. hospitality) with all of the above and a passion for fitness
