An incredible fitness industry job based in Seven Sisters

£26-30k (experience dependent) plus £5k bonus

I am seeking a highly motivated and passionate Club Manager to join a new innovative, thriving Fitness brand for our amazing club in Seven Sisters. On offer, is the chance to lead a 9Round club and work closely with the franchise owners. The position will have full accountability for all operational aspects and management of staff, including sales, marketing and general administration.

The Role:

  • Driving memberships
  • 9Round Product Delivery
  • Membership Sales and Retention
  • Club Marketing
  • Club Operations
  • Team Management
  • Driving the 9Round Culture

The right person must have:

  • Previous boxing or Kickboxing experience
  • Previous sales experience required, minimum of 1-2years in any sales field
  • Strong administration experience and attention to detail
  • Desire to develop in a young thriving business
  • Enthusiastic, empathetic, contentious personality a must
  • Level 3 qualified preferred but not required
  • Minimum Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification
  • First Aid certified
