My client is a leading leisure operator in the family entertainment sector with ambitious expansion plans over the next 1-3 years. We are looking for an experienced General Manager to take charge of their site in Wilmslow. They hold the ‘customer experience’ at the centre of their strategy and their General managers live and breathe this. This is a leisure job not to be missed.

As a General Manager, you will have overall responsibility of the site and will be expected to be a natural leader. You will be managing a team of HODs and will have overall responsibility for the site’s operations and commercial performance. You will also have the responsibility of keeping staff and customers safe and will have a natural passion for customer service and health and safety.

You will be driven by delivering an amazing experience to the members in an environment where no 2 days are the same. You need to have a hands-on, can-do attitude with excellent communication skills.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic site with a great reputation in the local area. The site is due to go through a full refurbishment at the end of the summer, and this is a great opportunity to re-launch this successful site.
