£25 - £28k plus 5k bonus

I am seeking a highly motivated and passionate General Manager to join an innovative, thriving Fitness brand for their flagship club in Wandsworth. The position will have full accountability for all operational aspects and management of staff, including sales, marketing and general administration.

The ideal candidate is energetic and enthusiastic, with excellent verbal communication skills, is able to overcome objections, and has a willingness to grow and foster a thriving membership culture.

The Role:

• Create and manage a clean, organized, energetic, fun studio
• Delivering outstanding member service and representing this fabulous brand’s high standards at all times
• Evolve club marketing
• Team management and development
• Ensuring health and safety procedures are always followed
• Create class and trainer schedules

The right person must have:

• Enthusiastic, empathetic, contentious personality a must
• Previous sales experience required, minimum of 1-2years in any sales field
• Strong administration experience and attention to detail
• Desire to develop in a thriving business
• Level 3 qualified
