The role

A General Manager role for this club will allow you to take ownership of the club itself and run like your own business. You will oversee the club operations, sales, retention, gym floor team and personal trainers, therefore a strong background in management is essential. This role requires someone who has an outgoing personality, ambitious and driven to grow the business.

What are we looking for?

• Excellent customer service and operations knowledge
• Strong experience in managerial roles, looking to take that next step
• Flexibility with shifts and able to supports with early/lates and weekends where required
• Sales and commercial experience
• Minimum Level 2 Personal Training required; Level 3 Personal Training preferred
