As a Personal Trainer and Duty Manager in a high end facility you will take responsibility for delivering an excellent product and customer experience. You must be customer focused and have a passion for high standards.

Main Responsibilities

To deliver personal training, lead group exercise classes and new member welcomes with enthusiasm and to the highest standards. To work with the rest of the team in delivering the very highest levels of service in line with our brand standards. To manage, open, close and ensure the smooth running of the Gym on a daily basis. To ensure the gym is always spotlessly clean.

Person Specification

The successful candidate will possess and be able to evidence the following personal characteristics:

Enthusiastic and personable, who enjoys interacting with the public. Able to communicate with and motivate people from a variety of backgrounds. Outgoing personality with a glass half full attitude.

You must also hold a minimum Level 3 PT Qualification.

We are looking for personal trainers of all levels, maybe you are just starting out and want to have the security of employment whilst you grow as a PT, want to take your first steps into management or simply want to supplement your income in a luxury setting!
