We are recruiting a General Manager for a Brand New Fitness Club soon to be opening in Devizes, Wiltshire. This is a fantastic opportunity that will enable you run the Club like your own business and lead a team from the front. Our client offers its members 24/7 access, monthly memberships, world-class equipment, free group fitness classes, free weights, functional training, personal training and much more!

Our client are very much focused on creating a fun, inclusive and supportive approach to fitness, where community is essential and all members leave feeling with a smile on their face.

A General Manager role for this club will allow you to take ownership of the club itself and run like your own business. We are therefore looking for individuals with a strong commercial background. You will oversee the club operations, sales, retention, and personal trainers, therefore a strong background in sales and management is essential. This role requires someone who has an outgoing personality, ambitious and driven to grow the business.

We are looking to speak to candidates with experience in General Management, you could also be a super passionate Assistant Manager, Sales Manager or Fitness Manager ready to take their next step up.
