£21 - £24k plus Commission
We are recruiting for this exciting fitness job in Southampton for a Sales and Duty Manager for a leading brand in the health and fitness industry. The fitness job will be working for a company that are growing quickly and provide fantastic opportunities for success, growth and development as part of a brilliant team!
The role of a Sales and Duty Manager within this sector is an outstanding opportunity to develop your skills further and progress into management.
What will you be doing?
Take ownership of the clubs Sales and Membership department. Drive sales and marketing activities and developing plans to be successful, whether this means taking a lead on the clubs social media and interactive content or getting out and about involved in the local community planning events, outreach, and local networking.
Being able to step into the GMs shoes when they aren't there, creating a great atmosphere and club culture for both team members and members to achieve their fitness goals.
Delivering exceptional customer service looking after your existing members and working towards smashing your target bringing new members into the club achieving business KPIs.
You will be able to lead sales yourself and have a proactive attitude and a hands-on approach.
This role would really suit someone who is an experienced Sales and Membership advisor as well as someone looking for a new challenge!

You must be keen, driven, dedicated, with a passion for Fitness! Motivated to achieve business and personal goals.
The ideal Sales and Duty Manager will have a background in the fitness industry.
Confident! Be the face of the club and love building great relationships with your team and members, as well as within the local community and corporate businesses.
And Finally, Calm and resilient, you will need the ability to resolve any club issues with a calm head.
There are some areas that are extremely important and are areas that all their successful Sales & Membership consultants have in abundance, such as:
• Sales - you’ll need to ensure you are driving sales, training your team, leading by example and giving them the opportunity to be successful
