£55K basic plus bonus plus & share options

I am recruiting for a fantastic fitness job in Watford. This is a superb General Manager opportunity for a high end boutique health club in Watford. This is a fitness job not to be missed.

The Health Club

The Health club is based on the outskirts of Watford in a beautifully selected location. The club owners have been very strategic to ensure that the club will have a very luxurious feel and a beautiful fit out. Members will instantly feel relaxed and are encouraged to use this space for their overall wellness, rather than simply fitness. 

Some of the features of the club will include:

• A beautifully laid out gym with loads of natural light. It is designed to be welcoming and not intimidating.
• Cafe/Lounge area serving delicious and well balanced meals and snacks
• Therapy Rooms for sports massage, CBT and nutritional consultations
• Multiple studios including rackets, yoga, spin and Pilates

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a General Manager who will be very much be the face of the business. The club is due to open May 2023 - so will suit someone who loves a project as much as the daily running of a facility. As the new General Manager will be involved throughout the whole opening processes. You will be naturally passionate about providing exceptional customer service and will have previous experience of working in a high-end environment. You will also be entrepreneurial and the owners are looking for someone who can run this as their own business. We are extremely keen to speak to candidates from any of the following sectors

• Leisure
• Golf and country clubs
• Private member's clubs
