We are recruiting for a Club Manager for an exceptional operator in the health and fitness industry at their Club in Barnstaple. This is an exciting new role in a fantastic location with huge potential. Our client is the world's largest 24/7 fitness franchises, growing incredibly quickly across the UK.

The Club

Our client are a globally recognised franchise, renowned for their state of the art equipment, premium facilities and fitness community like no other. Within the company framework your job is to create an exercise environment where all members walk in inspired and leave with a huge smile on their face! They pride themselves on exceptional service, culture and guiding their members to achieve their goals.

The Role

This is a fitness job where you get to run the club like your own business, so a strong commercial background is essential. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about fitness, service and product; someone who is incredibly hands on and prepared to lead from the front. You must have a real passion for the industry and enjoy motivating members and creating a world class fitness experience.

What are we looking for?

• A real people-person, an outgoing person who is super passionate about the fitness industry
• Strong Sales and commercial experience with a good understanding managing budgets, KPIs, P&L and driving club performance
• Excellent customer service and operations knowledge
• Experience in managerial roles is preferred
• Flexibility with shifts and able to supports with early/lates and weekends where required
• Social Media experience is advantageous

We are also keen to speak to candidates from different industries with a passion for fitness and looking for a change, you could also be working in hospitality, retail, service.
