European Recruitment Manager - Leading Leisure Brand

I am recruiting for an incredible leisure brand that have over 30 sites in the UK and are still growing. They offer a fantastic product and have an amazing working culture and progression potential. Our client is a fast moving, dynamic, award winning, exciting company to work for.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join the People Team. The role is to oversee the recruitment across all divisions both in the UK and across Europe. We are looking for a self-starter who can manage a varied workload and enjoys being challenged in a fast-paced environment. The role will have a heavy focus on both Senior, Executive and Juniors roles, finding the right candidates and managing the process.

Ensuring candidates are effectively always communicated to regarding their recruitment status, including offers and regrets. Your role will be to shape and deliver the organisation's strategy through the attraction and recruitment of talented individuals, through direct sourcing and operating alongside the General Managers.

This role covers the recruitment across multi departments. You must have recruitment experience in hospitality, leisure or retail in-house or agency recruitment background and will be responsible for vacancies throughout the UK.

This is a hybrid role, you will be based in our Head Office in Farnham a minimum of 2 days per week.

What do you need from me?

This is an extremely busy role so the ideal candidate will be highly organised, able to plan their time and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be a natural people person who will enjoy driving the development of others. You must have a minimum of 2 years previous recruitment experience.
