Customer Service Advisor, Full Time
We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for one of the industry leaders in Student Accommodation. The company is amazing to work for and are expanding year on year. We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor based in their thriving property in Kingston.
As a Customer Service Advisor your job will cover several key areas:
- You will meet, greet and provide excellent customer service to all residents and visitors. Your customer service skills need to be fantastic.
- Assist the property manager with sales, accounts, social media, admin, health and safety and more.
- Deal with enquiries from customers and visitors to the property, providing relevant advice and information through email, web enquiries, over the phone and in person.
We are looking for candidate with great energy, work ethic and a strong sense of customer service.
You will be given thorough training and support within the role. The successful candidate will ideally have experience in customer service in a busy environment and must be a good multi tasker.
The role is a full time role and is 40 hours per week, Tuesday-Friday: 12-8pm and Saturday 10-6pm
