I am recruiting for a fantastic fitness job in the heart of the city of London. This is a superb Club Manager opportunity for a high end health club in London. An immersive international fitness club, boasting modern creative design elements. The club is a place to escape the bustling city, which combines art and music with only the best equipment and facilities.

You must have a genuine passion for fitness and be able to support a team of personal trainers and front of house staff. With 42 worldwide locations to walk in to, this is a great opportunity to kick start your career with them. Some of the features of the club include:

• Access to studio workouts, boxing areas, hot yoga, Pilates and barre classes
• Wellness area with Finnish ladies and men sauna

The role-

A Club Manager will deliver on the day to day running of the club, with a strong focus on the Fitness, sales and operations. We require an individual with experience in managing a club who has worked in all of these departments as well driving secondary income.

What are we looking for?

• Excellent customer service and operations knowledge
• Enthusiastic, empathetic, contentious personality a must
• Previous experience in managerial roles is advantageous
• Level 3 Personal Training qualification is required
• Experience managing a Centre’s safety, maintenance and standards
• Experience with rotas and timetabling

We are looking for fitness professionals from a management background, strong assistant managers, or experienced fitness or sales managers.
