We are looking to recruit a passionate individual within the fitness industry for this position - an exciting opportunity to manage a team whilst still having the opportunity to teach and PT alongside on site!

The role

We are looking to recruit a passionate individual within the fitness industry for this position. An Assistant Club Manager will be responsible for assisting the Club Manager with the day to day running of the club, with a strong focus on the Fitness department and offering. We require an individual with experience in Personal Training and/or Group exercise to lead a team from the front and still execute classes/PT alongside the role.

What are we looking for?

• Excellent customer service and operations knowledge
• Enthusiastic, empathetic, contentious personality a must
• Previous experience in managerial roles is advantageous
• Sales and commercial experience is preferred
• Level 3 Personal Training qualification is required
• Experience managing a Centre’s safety, maintenance and standards
