Our client are an elite brand within the health club, fitness and wellness space. A brand that promotes and provides a total wellness experience, offering the most luxurious facilities and services to their members and non-members. We are looking to recruit a talented sales professional for this role to manage a team as well as manage the sales / commercial aspects of the business.

Our client have multiple sites in the Kent area, renowned for their picturesque views, stunning facilities and warm community - an idyllic place to work. With a large fitness offering, classes, elite spa and treatments - members need to look no further.

The role

We are looking to recruit an individual with a strong background within sales, fantastic customer service and experience managing a team. You will need to be a strong leader with a passion for the fitness industry as you will be delivering an exceptional 'member journey', involving touring new prospect and converting them to members. We want to ensure the member journey remains consistent throughout their time with the brand - ensuring every visit is excellent.

We are looking for candidates both currently within and outside of the fitness industry with a commercial mindset and passion for fitness.

What are we looking for?

• Excellent customer service and operations knowledge
• Enthusiastic, empathetic, contentious personality a must
• Previous experience in managerial roles is advantageous
• Sales and commercial experience required
• Experience managing a Centre’s safety, maintenance and standards
• Passion for the fitness industry
• Driven to meet targets, deadlines and KPIs
