Fitness Club Supervisor - must be PT Qualified

High Wycombe - £22k-£24k 

An incredible opportunity has now opened within one of the fastest growing 24 hour fitness chains. We are excited to be recruiting for an ambitious, target driven and positive individual to join our team.

The role will be a combination of Membership Sales and Personal Training. You will be the first point of call to all current and prospective members and form a key member in a team who aims to help people thrive through an active lifestyle. You will also work on your client base and help support new and existing members with their fitness goals.

You will:

• Be dealing with new sales enquiries
• Use company systems to record targets
• Manage club tours, appointments and close sales
• Develop and promote company facilities
• Develop current corporate memberships through presentations/meetings
• Maintain cleanliness and the ensure successful operation of the site
• Assist with general club related duties
• Delivering PT sessions

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing an excellent level of service within the commercial business sector. Additionally a passion for driving sales and meeting targets is also essential. A background within the Fitness Industry is desirable but not crucial.

PT Qualification is a must for this role

The company offers excellent benefits and a basic salary of £22-24k. You will also have the potential to earn commission on membership sales & PT sessions as well as additional bonuses depending on KPIs and target achievement.

Exact working hours to be determined but you need to be willing to work the occasional weekend, evening and bank holiday.
