Our client is a leading fitness franchise with huge international presence and we are now looking for a Property Acquisitions Associate as they continue their exciting growth in Ireland. On offer is fantastic progression potential and the chance to be part of this incredible brands legacy!

Some of the key responsibilities of this exciting new role in property:

• Direct sourcing, viewing and qualifying appropriate properties

• Shortlisting and presenting sites to Head of Acquisitions

• Building solid long-term relationships with agents

• Growing the wider incidental property portfolio and always looking for potential opportunities for strategic expansion

• Managing and maintaining a consistent pipeline

About you:

• 1-2 + years previous experience in acquisition/ estate agency

• Experience in commercial real estate would be advantageous

• Gravitas – and an abundance of it!

• Experience of working towards and exceeding KPIs

• A self-starter

• Flexible with travel required for the role
