I am recruiting for a fantastic job in Croydon for a leading leisure operator in the Family Entertainment Sector. This is an incredibly exciting business to work for. This is a leisure job not to be missed, especially for those of you who are budding future General Managers.

What is the gig?

As an Assistant General Manager, you will very much be the face of the business. The successful candidate will have operational experience within the Hospitality or Leisure sectors including Health & Safety processes and procedures and experience in Food & Beverage.

You will be driven by delivering an amazing experience to the members in an environment where no 2 days are the same. You need to have a hands-on, can-do attitude with excellent communication skills.

What do I need?

• At least 3 years proven experience at management/supervisory level within a fast-paced leisure facility
• A passion for customer service
• Experience within the Food & Beverage sector
• A good understanding of H&S – an IOSH qualification would be a bonus
