Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Fitness Coach to lead our large group training sessions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging, and results-driven workouts that cater to a diverse range of clients. Your ability to motivate and inspire a group, while ensuring proper technique and safety, will be crucial to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead large group training sessions with energy, enthusiasm, and expertise.

● Support the Head Coach in designing and implementing creative and effective workout programs.

● Provide personalised attention and modifications as needed to ensure the safety and success of all participants.

● Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating atmosphere that encourages community and camaraderie among clients.

● Track client progress and provide feedback to help them achieve their fitness goals.

● Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workout environment.

● Continuously educate yourself on the latest fitness trends and techniques to keep sessions fresh and exciting.

Qualifications:

● Certification in personal training

● Proven experience leading large group training sessions in a gym or studio setting.

● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to motivate and inspire individuals of all fitness levels.

● Strong knowledge of fitness principles, including strength, cardio, flexibility, and functional training.

● A positive attitude, with a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
