£28’000pa – FTE = £14’000

Personal Training Delivery Commissions are on top of the base sales with an overall OTE of £45-£50’000pa Achievable.

Corsaidi Fitness Operates the Paddington Square Gym which is a state-of-the-art corporate facility kitted out with a vast range of top of the range equipment and technology. Paddington Square is one of London’s newest office blocks and is already fully occupied tenanted with leading global companies. Paddington Square Gym is for the office workers sole use giving them a very high end benefit. As operators our role is to ensure we deliver the best service and quality demanded by our clients.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Level 3 Personal Trainer and Class Instructor. This is a critical role in providing a first-class personal training experience to new and existing clients. You must have the experience, energy and enthusiasm to deliver bespoke personal training sessions, deliver engaging fitness classes and to assist in the management of day-to-day gym operations. You will be fully supported in gaining new personal training clients and paid a commission for each personal training session delivered on top of your base salary.

This is a part-time position with scope for growth to full-time and is available for a start in December 2024. Personal Training can be delivered both on and off shifts with commissions based on the number of sessions delivered each month. Shifts will be based on requirements of the club but will be on a Monday to Friday basis.

Your daily focus will involve:

• Create an excellent first impression of the gym by providing a warm welcome, tidy appearance, and pleasant manner at all times
• Provide exceptional customer service experience to all members and guests
• Greet members and users of the gym as they come through reception
• Register prospective members and deliver gym tours
• Enrol new members and assist current members with their queries
• Provide information on classes and availability
• Delivery fitness classes as instructed by the general manager
• Deliver Personal Training Sessions to clients
• Sell personal training services to new and prospective clients

Candidates should have the following:

• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification
• Passionate about customer service
• Experience in delivering a wide variety of fitness classes (Metcon, HiIT, Circuits etc)
• Friendly and approachable
• Cooperative, positive and optimistic
• Good team working skills
• Proactive with tasks and ready to roll up sleeves
• Excellent customer service skills
• Highly organised and able to prioritise
• Ability to work with a diverse range of people
• Able to prioritise work, handle pressure and take confident day-to-day decisions
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and behaviour
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, in writing and over the telephone
• Willingness and ability to occasionally work outside normal office hours
• Willingness to work flexibly in response to changing organisational requirements
