Sales Executive in London – Wellness Sector
Circa £40k basic salary plus strong OTE (top achievers earning £70k+)
London based office
Our client offers an incredible and innovative product, transforming the health and wellbeing of their clients and contributing to the wider narrative of wellness. As their exciting business grows and continues to spread awareness of these benefits – we are looking for some passionate, tenacious Sales Executives to join this fabulous team.
Some of the responsibilities in this exciting new role:
- Qualifying existing leads into the business through social media and other channels
- Thorough and thoughtful needs analysis with each enquiry
- Ensuring the utmost personal qualification relating to product with each potential client
- Offering outstanding customer experience at all times
- Proactively driving the business and looking for new opportunities for lead generation and business awareness
- Becoming the expert in this field/ furthering your expertise in this field
- B2C sales (some B2B maybe required)
About you:
- The ideal candidate will have the perfect mixture of senior sales and wellness/ fitness experience
- Empathy, tenacity and passion are three core behaviours required for this role!
- At least 2-3+ years proactive sales experience (ideally in B2C)
- You may have strong experience working towards sales KPIS and coming from fitness/ wellness OR we also welcome applicants outside of fitness/ wellness but with a strong capability and proven track record in sales (passion for fitness/ wellness is a must)
- Proactive in approach
