Key Responsibilities
Support the Studio Manager in achieving membership sales goals and daily operations
Drive studio revenue through proactive lead generation, follow-up, and membership conversions
Deliver an exceptional customer experience by welcoming members, answering enquiries, and providing studio tours
Assist in planning and executing local marketing and community events to grow brand awareness
Ensure high standards of studio presentation, cleanliness, and safety
Maintain accurate records in the sales and booking system (training provided)
Motivate and inspire studio staff to hit performance targets and embody the Club Pilates culture
Requirements
Previous sales experience (fitness, hospitality, or retail sales preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and stay organized
Confident using phone, email, and face-to-face interactions to close sales
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required
