Love Recruitment was born in 2015 with a simple belief: that recruitment done well changes lives and builds better businesses.

Founded by Lawrence Everest and Abhi Lakhina and soon joined by Tom Trout as owner and director, we've grown into the UK's leading specialist fitness and leisure recruitment agency. Not by accident, but by doing things differently.

Our team live and breathe this industry. We've worked in it, grown through it, and we recruit across every corner of it, from boutique studios and commercial operators to leisure trusts, padel clubs, and everything in between.

Our mission is to use outstanding Service & Delivery to connect exceptional talent with excellent opportunities across the fitness and leisure sectors. We split this across two lanes - Commercial Fitness, Boutique Fitness & Suppliers, and Public Sector, Leisure & Padel
