The Role: Class Instructor

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Class Instructor

In this role, you will:

• Deliver high-energy, engaging group exercise classes

• Support members on the gym floor with technique, motivation and programming

• Build strong relationships and generate PT leads through classes and reception hours

• Contribute to member retention by creating a welcoming and supportive environment

• Promote additional services including PT packages and small group training

Reception hours are available alongside your contracted hours, providing excellent opportunities for member engagement and business development.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 2 Fitness Instructor Minimum

• Passion for group training and member results

• Confident communication and coaching skills

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation

• A team player who thrives in a community-driven environment
