We’re recruiting a self-employed Personal Trainer to join a brand new Anytime Fitness club in Tolworth, offering a genuine opportunity to build a strong PT business in a fresh, high-quality environment with an untouched member base.

This is a members-only club with brand new facilities and a carefully managed PT team, designed to give you the space, support, and earning potential to grow a sustainable Personal Training business.

The Opportunity

● Brand new club with new equipment, new facilities, and a fresh member base

● Keep 100% of the PT income you generate

● No commission taken on your earnings

● No set working hours. Focus fully on building your PT business

● Small PT team to minimise competition on the gym floor

Rental & Support

● Monthly rental: £700

● Six weeks rent free to support your setup period

● Ongoing feedback and support from club management

● Help with in-club marketing, as well as digital marketing through social media

Key Responsibilities

● Promote, sell, and deliver 1-2-1 Personal Training packages

● Deliver complimentary sessions to new and existing members, including 1-2-1 and group sessions

● Proactively generate new PT business within the club

● Encourage member engagement in studio-based classes

● Support member retention through guidance, presence, and professionalism on the gym floor

● Represent yourself and the Anytime Fitness brand to a high standard

Requirements

● REPS or CIMSPA Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification

● Valid insurance

● Strong communication skills

● Passion for coaching and delivering a high standard of service

● Proactive, organised, and self-motivated
