We’re excited to be opening a brand new fitness club in Woking and are looking for a confident and motivated Pre-Sales Membership Advisor to join the team ahead of launch.

This is a key role in the early stages of the club, focused on building excitement in the local community and helping prospective members secure their memberships before the doors officially open. If you’re energetic, people-focused, and enjoy working towards targets, this is a great opportunity to be part of something from the very beginning.

You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our future members — introducing them to the club, explaining the benefits of joining early, and helping them become part of the community before launch.

• Engaging with prospective members and confidently promoting pre-sale membership offers

• Following up enquiries and leads to convert them into founding memberships

• Speaking with potential members in person, over the phone, and online

• Representing the club at local outreach events and promotional activities

• Delivering excellent customer service and answering membership enquiries

• Helping build excitement and awareness for the new club opening

• Supporting the team in creating a welcoming and energetic environment

• Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred

• A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with new people

• Positive, proactive, and motivated to achieve targets

• Comfortable following up leads and closing sales

• Organised and able to manage multiple enquiries and conversations

• Passionate about health, fitness, and building a strong community

• Full-time or part-time hours available

• Some evening and weekend availability may be required during the pre-sale period
