About Common Purpose
Common Purpose is one of London’s leading personal training communities, built around technical excellence, high standards, and meaningful client results.
We work with high-performing professionals who expect more from their training — and from their coaches.
Our members value not only strong technical knowledge, but also professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to build trusted long-term relationships.
At Common Purpose, exceptional coaching means combining:
Technical expertise
Clear communication
Accountability
The ability to guide clients toward lasting results
Our coaches operate as a collaborative team, upholding shared standards and delivering a consistently exceptional member experience.
Our core service is a semi-private personal training system, where members follow tailored programmes while coaches oversee multiple clients on the gym floor. This model allows trainers to develop real coaching skill while building a sustainable client base.
