Studio Manager – Reformer Pilates
Lincoln | 20–30 hours per week | £28,000–£40,000

The Role
As our Studio Manager & Lead Reformer Instructor, you will:
Deliver dynamic, high-quality Reformer Pilates classes
Oversee and manage the weekly class timetable
Support, coordinate, and inspire a team of freelance instructors
Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the studio
Manage and grow our social media presence
Create an exceptional and welcoming experience for every client
Contribute to the growth and ongoing success of the business
What We’re Looking For
Qualified Reformer Pilates Instructor (essential)
Proven experience teaching Reformer classes
Strong organisational and communication skills
A natural leader who enjoys motivating and supporting others
Confidence with social media and community engagement
A genuine passion for Pilates and creating a positive environment
What You’ll Receive
