Salary: Up to £30k basic (depending on experience) + Amazing Bonus Incentive

This fitness job in Bermondsey is the perfect opportunity for a sales professional to join a newly opened gym! This fitness opportunity in Bermondsey is for a leading franchise gym chain as they embark on their journey into the world of gyms and look to open their first of many clubs.

As a Membership Advisor you will be in charge of leading the day to day running of the sales and retention throughout the club.
Daily Duties
Dealing with membership enquiries via phone, email and face to face, ensuring a high standard of member experience, providing precise information to prospective members
Conducting tours and gym inductions
Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing members to increase member retention and referral business
Support and work with marketing strategies, KPI’s and initiatives throughout the club
Planning and running marketing and member events in and out of club
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and member information in our CRM system
Be front facing for any member enquires
Essential Requirements
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the fitness or health industry
Level 2 Gym Instructor (preferred but not essential)
Experience within managing a team
