Sales and Operations Manager – Independent gym brand

Salary of £32.5k - £35k dependent on experience plus a 10% bonus and additional 3k sales bonus

I am recruiting for a really exciting fitness job in the Swiss Cottage area. I am recruiting for a sales and operations manager for an independent fitness operator who have got some fantastic expansion plans for the next 1-2 years. This is a really exciting opportunity for an ambitious candidate from the fitness industry who wants a role with great progression opportunities.

In this exciting fitness job, you will be supporting two fantastic clubs in their sales operations. This will include creating and following a sales/marketing plan, conducting sales tours and doing local corporate activity. You will also be responsible for the overall sales target and will support the General Manager with basic operation as well.

I am extremely keen to speak to candidates who have sales experience in the fitness industry! Ideally you will be working as a club manager, sales manager, general manager, deputy manager or assistant manager.
