About the Role

We’re seeking ambitious, self-motivated Personal Trainers to build and grow their own business inside our clubs. As a Rental PT, you’ll operate as your own boss while benefiting from Snap Fitness’s support, tools, and member base.

Your Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own client base within the club

• Deliver engaging, safe, and results-driven personal training sessions

• Support members with training plans, nutrition advice, and motivation

• Actively promote your services both inside and outside the club

• Contribute to the overall member experience and Snap community

• Maintain professionalism and uphold Snap Fitness standards at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 Personal Training qualification (REPs/CIMSPA recognised)

• Passion for health, fitness, and helping people achieve their goals

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Proactive, business-minded, and self-motivated

• Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team
