About the Role

As a Senior Management Accountant, you’ll take ownership of multiple sites and central functions, delivering accurate, insightful financial reporting that drives business performance. You’ll act as a key partner to operational teams and senior leaders, translating financial data into meaningful actions.This is a hybrid role offering flexibility alongside collaboration with a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Full ownership of management accounts across multiple sites and central functions

• Preparation of monthly P&Ls and balance sheets with clear commentary

• Management of accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations

• Business partnering with senior leadership and operational teams

• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis

• Reviewing AP ledgers, fixed assets, and intercompany balances

• Supporting audit processes and ensuring compliance

• Coaching and developing junior team members

About You

• London-based (essential)

• 5+ years’ experience in a multi-site or multi-entity environment

• Qualified or nearly qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving business
