Location: Open — UK or European base considered (extensive travel required)
Salary: £80,000 + commission
Type: Full-time, permanent
Reports to: CCO
The Role
Our client is seeking a commercially driven EMEA Distributor Manager to lead and grow its international distributor network across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa.
This is a high-impact role focused on managing existing distributor partnerships while identifying and onboarding new partners in key growth markets. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to shape and scale the global distribution strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow distributor relationships across EMEA and Asia
Lead regular business reviews, sales planning, and performance management
Support distributors with pricing, product knowledge, brand standards, and sell-through activity
Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth fulfilment and delivery performance
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regional opportunities
Identify and onboard new distribution partners in priority expansion territories
Build and maintain a strong global distributor pipeline
Travel regularly to meet partners, support launches, and strengthen market presence
What We’re Looking For
Experience managing international distributors, partnerships, or B2B commercial accounts
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
Commercially minded with a growth-focused approach
Comfortable operating across multiple international markets
Highly organised and able to manage complex stakeholder relationships
Willingness to travel extensively
Experience in premium, design-led, or lifestyle brands is advantageous
