You'll play a key role in the day-to-day success of the club, helping to create an exceptional member experience while developing the leadership skills needed to progress into management.

What You'll Be Doing

As Team Leader, you'll be at the heart of our club operations, supporting both our members and team while helping drive the continued success of the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Leading by example and creating a positive, energetic atmosphere throughout the club.

Delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring every member feels welcomed and supported.
Motivating, coaching, and supporting team members to perform at their best.
Assisting with the smooth day-to-day operation of the gym.
Driving membership growth, retention, and member engagement.
Promoting club services, events, and fitness offerings.
Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
Supporting the Club Manager and taking on increasing responsibility as part of your leadership development.
Confidently overseeing the club independently when required.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone with strong leadership potential, excellent people skills, and the ambition to progress into a management role.

You'll ideally have:

· A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping people achieve their goals.

Previous experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, Senior Customer Service, Sales, or similar leadership role.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive, professional, and approachable attitude.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to lead by example.
Confidence to work independently and make decisions when managing the club.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
A proactive, self-motivated, and reliable approach to work.
Sales experience (highly desirable).

Qualifications

Desirable but Not Essential

· Level 2 Gym Instructor or Fitness Coach Qualification.

Experience within the fitness, leisure, hospitality, retail, or customer service sectors.
