As a Membership Advisor, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day sales and retention activities throughout the club.
Daily Duties
Dealing with membership enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face, ensuring a high standard of member experience and providing accurate information to prospective members.
Conducting club tours and gym inductions.
Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with existing members to increase member retention and referral business.
Supporting and delivering marketing strategies, KPIs and initiatives throughout the club.
Planning and running marketing and member events both in and out of the club.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and member information in the CRM system.
Acting as the first point of contact for all member enquiries.
Essential Requirements
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the fitness or health industry.
Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification (preferred but not essential).
Experience managing or leading a team.
