Marketing Executive

£28,000–£30,000 | East Midlands | Office-Based

We’re recruiting on behalf of a premium consumer brand looking to appoint a Marketing Executive to support the growth of its marketing function.

This is a hands-on role for someone with strong HubSpot CRM experience who enjoys combining marketing operations, email campaigns, automation, and content creation. You’ll help develop CRM capability, support AI-driven workflows, produce newsletters and campaign emails, and manage regular social media activity across Facebook and Instagram.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Strong experience using HubSpot CRM.

• Experience creating and scheduling social media content, particularly for Facebook and Instagram.

• Experience creating social posts, images, and short-form video content.

• Email marketing and newsletter experience.

• Ability to plan and manage a basic content calendar across socials and email

• An interest in AI, marketing automation, and improving marketing processes, and a proven track record using AI tools and systems

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

• £28,000–£30,000 salary.
