You'll play a vital role in generating membership sales before opening and delivering an outstanding member experience once the doors open. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and wants to make a real impact from day one.

Your Role

As a Membership Advisor, you will be responsible for driving membership sales, supporting marketing initiatives and delivering exceptional customer service throughout both the pre-opening launch phase and the ongoing success of the club.

Pre-Opening

• Generate membership leads through local outreach, networking and community engagement.

• Support social media and digital marketing campaigns.

• Build relationships with local businesses and corporate partners.

• Manage membership enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face conversations.

• Convert prospects into members and contribute to ambitious pre-opening sales targets.

• Help create excitement and awareness within the local community ahead of launch.

Post-Opening

• Continue driving membership sales and retention.

• Deliver a welcoming, engaging member experience.

• Conduct club tours and gym inductions.

• Build strong relationships with members to increase retention and referrals.

• Support marketing campaigns, community outreach and member events.

• Maintain accurate sales and member records within the CRM system.

• Help ensure the club remains clean, safe and member-ready at all times.

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience, ideally within fitness, leisure, fundraising or direct sales.

• Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification (preferred but not essential).

• A confident, energetic and engaging personality.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Target-driven with a resilient and positive attitude.

• A genuine passion for health, fitness and helping others succeed.

• Reliable, professional and committed to maintaining high standards.
