WELLBEING INSTRUCTOR – WINTER IN THE CARIBBEAN

Salary: $2,500 per month + accommodation, flights, food & laundry included

Carlie Barlow Health & Wellbeing are searching for an experienced and passionate Wellbeing Instructor to join the team for an exciting Winter in the Caribbean aboard an industry-leading MSC Cruises ship.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to combine their passion for health, fitness and holistic wellbeing with travel, while delivering exceptional wellbeing experiences to guests from around the world.

MSC Cruises are committed to delivering industry-leading classes and events, raising the standard of wellbeing content within the travel sector.

Responsibilities

• Instruct holistic classes and wellbeing events to guests with varying abilities.

• Provide support to the operation, reviewing guest feedback and coordinating schedules.

• Work alongside the team to create, grow and deliver health and wellbeing products for passengers.

• Monitor class insights and use feedback to drive a culture of continuous improvement.

• Continuously evaluate processes and procedures, updating them where necessary to achieve maximum efficiency.

• Support the development of wellbeing concepts and ideas to form proposals for clients, specialising in wellbeing experiences.

• Liaise with client representatives and the on-site team to optimise content delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

• Technical qualifications applicable to the role, such as Yoga, Meditation, Pilates, Breathwork or Sound Therapy.

• Proven track record of teaching holistic disciplines to a high standard.

• Strong managerial skills.

• Demonstrable experience in client and team management.

• Experience managing and multitasking across projects.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Additional language skills are desirable, with Italian, French, Spanish and German speakers particularly encouraged to apply.

• IT proficiency, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, or equivalent Mac proficiency.

Experience Required

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Health & Fitness sector.

• Minimum 3 years’ management experience.

• Experience within the travel sector is desirable.
