Impact Manager – Corporate Clubs

£45,000–£50,000 Basic + Bonus | UK-Wide Travel | Excellent Progression

Are you an ambitious Gym or Club Manager ready to take the next step in your career? This is an exciting opportunity to move into a multi-site role, helping drive the success of a growing corporate fitness business as it expands nationally.

We’re looking for a commercially focused Impact Manager to support clubs across the UK, improving financial performance, raising operational standards and developing high-performing teams.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with club teams to maximise revenue, control costs and ensure every club is operating successfully. You’ll also play a key part in club remodels, reopenings, product development and the implementation of new processes as the business continues to grow.

What we’re looking for:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Gym Manager, Club Manager or General Manager within the fitness industry.

• A strong track record of improving financial performance and driving commercial results.

• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, coach and develop teams.

• A strong understanding of gym operations, KPIs and what makes a club commercially successful.

• A proactive, hands-on approach and the flexibility to travel extensively across the UK.

The Details:

• £45,000–£50,000 basic salary plus bonus.

• Predominantly Monday–Friday working pattern.

• Approximately four days per week on site, with flexibility depending on business needs.

• UK-wide travel, with travel and accommodation expenses covered.
