Lawrence co-founded Love Recruitment in 2015 with a conviction to provide truly caring, high quality recruitment to the fitness and leisure industry and recruit and retain and truly brilliant group of people. A decade on, he leads a business that has grown into the UK's leading specialist in its field and works with truly brilliant people every day, and he's prouder of that than almost anything.

As CEO, Lawrence oversees the business across all three brands, Love Recruitment, Love Childcare, and Love Fitness Jobs, leading the teams, setting the direction, and ensuring that the culture of Service & Delivery runs through everything they do. He hosts the Love Your Career Podcast, giving a platform to the industry's most interesting voices, helping candidates with their careers and businesses learn recruitment tips from industry professionals telling their stories and creating genuine value for the wider fitness and leisure community.
